I was on vacation in Turkey (nice place btw). There were some PS3s which you can play at hotel. I decided to look at one. It was a superslim which has pre-installed games. Has no ODE installed and no logged-in PSN account. And even two or three games has references to some other sites like chepgameps3 (a vietnamese website). So, they cannot be installed from PSN.
