PS3 Slim flashing red light after bad CFW install

Hi,

I tried to flash a modified Rebug firmware patched to create a 22GB otheros partition on my PS3 Slim. Everything seemed to go smoothly until all of a sudden the console shut off and beeped with the red light flashing. I'm assuming I'm pretty screwed now.

My question is, can I use an E3 flasher with the dump.hex I have of the NOR from when I first ran PS3xploit on it to bring it back to life?
